Marisa and Joel began Mountain Valley Property Services LLC after seeing opportunity in their beloved Wood River Valley in 2006.
Marisa was born and raised in this valley she still calls home. She grew up in a contractor/Realtor household among successful small business entreprenuers. Marisa has always loved doing things for others and believes in a strong work ethic, good values and a sense of community going a long way.
Joel has been around the construction service industry his entire life. He learned these specific skills along with business management from a young age. Joel enjoys his leadership role and treats his employees like family.
Our jobsites have ranged from working solo to construction sites where we managed 160 employees. No job is too small or too big for Mountain Valley Property Services!
Together Marisa and Joel have raised four children aged teen to young adult in Hailey, Idaho. Their oldest is now a business owner himself. In addition to spending time with family, Marisa enjoys hiking and the outdoors, while Joel likes dirtbiking and lake activites.
