“Joel & Marisa Elizarraras have been managing our North Ketchum vacation home since 2010. We visit our Ketchum home about once a month.  But with friends, family and business partners also visiting on a regular basis…. our home gets a lot of use.   Joel and Marisa take care of literally everything!  Our home is always spotlessly clean due to their diligent efforts. They monitor and help maintain all of our home systems…from plumbing and heating, to our boiler & radiant system, well pump, summer irrigation and electrical & alarms systems.  The dishes are always washed, beds always have fresh sheets and pillowcases, and our visiting guests always feel right at home.  Joel and Marisa have also helped manage our remodeling projects, landscaping and equipment maintenance. They know everyone in the valley and they help to expedite every repair and upgrade, assuring favorable outcomes.
